Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Executive with prior real estate experience to manage campaign execution, site branding, lead generation activities, vendor coordination, and project marketing support.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Execution

• Execute day-to-day marketing activities for ongoing and new real estate projects
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for campaign execution
• Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns

Campaign & Lead Support

• Support lead generation activities through portals, campaigns, and activations
• Track campaign performance and share basic reports
• Ensure leads are properly aligned with the sales team

On-Ground Activities

• Visit project sites regularly to understand project offerings
• Support project launches, events, exhibitions, and activations
• Coordinate with vendors for branding, hoardings, and site marketing materials

Coordination & Vendor Management

• Work with digital agencies, designers, and media vendors
• Ensure timely delivery of creatives, ads, and campaign materials
• Follow up for execution and deadlines

Brand & Communication Support

• Assist in creating marketing collaterals like brochures, presentations, and ads
• Ensure consistency in basic brand communication across platforms

Market Awareness

• Keep track of competitor projects and local market trends
• Share simple insights with the team for better campaign planning

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Real estate marketing (mandatory)
• Basic understanding of property marketing, lead generation, and portals
• Good coordination and follow-up skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Comfortable with fieldwork and site visits

Qualifications

• Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field
• MBA is a plus (not mandatory)

Compensation

• Salary range: Up to ₹6 LPA to ₹8 LPA (based on experience)
