Senior Property Manager - India

BricksFolios.com, a Seattle-based wealth-tech company transforming property management, is hiring a full-time Senior Property Manager based remotely in India or Pakistan.

This is not a task-based support role. You’ll take ownership of a U.S.-based residential portfolio, lead day-to-day property management operations, solve complex issues, and ensure exceptional outcomes for property owners and residents.

What You’ll Own

• Oversee leasing, renewals, tenant relations, maintenance, turnovers, delinquencies, and escalations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners and provide proactive portfolio updates
• Manage vendors, approve work, monitor timelines, and control maintenance costs
• Drive occupancy, renewal rates, resident satisfaction, and operational performance
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with U.S. property management processes
• Lead and support leasing, maintenance, and customer service team members
• Improve workflows, SOPs, accountability, and service standards

You’re a Great Fit If You

• Have significant experience managing U.S. single-family or small multifamily properties. Facility management, commercial / large multifamily, or 8+ years of experience is NOT a fit.
• Can independently manage complex owner, tenant, vendor, and operational issues
• Demonstrate strong leadership, judgment, accountability, and attention to detail
• Communicate confidently with U.S.-based clients and residents
• Understand leasing regulations, notices, renewals, delinquencies, and maintenance workflows
• Have experience with Rentvine, ShowMojo, Follow Up Boss, Zillow Rental Manager, or similar platforms
• Have a dedicated home office, headset, laptop or desktop with 16GB+ RAM, and reliable 50 Mbps+ internet

Location: Remote - India, Pakistan, or Bangaldesh based only.

Type: Full-Time

Hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM Pacific Time, including rotating weekends
