You will be working closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Design to shape how our AI-native platform goes to market and how customers realize value from it.
Key Responsibilities Turn Product & AI into Clear Market Stories
- Deeply understand our AI-native product, use cases, and customer problems.
- Translate complex capabilities into crisp:
- Sales decks and pitch narratives
- One-pagers, solution briefs, and use-case stories
- Persona-specific messaging for CXOs, business, and ops leaders
- Partner with the design team to turn content into high-quality sales assets.
- Build sales-ready GTM assets that help teams sell with confidence.
- Work closely with Sales and Pre-Sales to iterate messaging based on real deal feedback.
- Continuously improve pitch flows, objection handling, and storytelling.
- Anchor GTM around adoption, engagement, and measurable business impact.
- Create ROI and value-realization templates to support consultative selling.
- Ensure GTM messaging reflects downstream metrics, not just features.
- Extend GTM beyond deal closure i.e. support onboarding, usage, and expansion narratives.
- Partner with Customer Success to align messaging with how customers actually realize value
- Work closely with Product, AI/Data Science, Engineering, Sales, CS, and Design.
- Consult internal and external subject-matter experts to sharpen GTM narratives.
- Act as the bridge between product innovation and market execution.
- 6–10 years of experience in GTM, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, or Strategy
- Experience with AI, data-heavy, or complex SaaS platforms is a strong plus.
- You enjoy being a builder i.e. owning things end-to-end rather than managing teams.
- Strong at converting complexity into clarity and stories that sell.
- Comfortable working independently and figuring things out as you go.
- Naturally curious, fast learner, and excited by how quickly AI and SaaS are evolving.
- You think in outcomes, not outputs.
- You care about whether a deck is actually used in a deal.
- You’re comfortable with ambiguity and prefer momentum over perfection.
- You collaborate well but don’t wait to be told what to do.
- Shape how an AI-native product is taken to market.
