Corporate F&B Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, consolidation, and performance monitoring of Food & Beverage operations across the company’s hospitality portfolio, currently composed of 7 operating properties with additional openings planned in the coming years.
Main Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and develop new partnerships and business opportunities, managing the entire process from initial discussions and negotiations to implementation and launch across the portfolio;
- Oversee and support the performance of existing F&B partnerships and collaborations, working closely with operators to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions when necessary;
- Build and manage relationships with operators, suppliers, and key industry stakeholders while supporting the onboarding of new F&B concepts across the portfolio;
- Prepare and present business opportunities, including business plans, financial analysis, feasibility studies, and commercial evaluations for senior management;
- Monitor financial and operational performance through KPI analysis, revenue tracking, profitability reviews, and guest satisfaction metrics, implementing corrective actions when necessary;
- Conduct regular operational reviews and site visits to ensure compliance with corporate standards, hygiene regulations, HSE requirements, and operational procedures;
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, Commercial, Marketing, and Development teams on F&B projects, pre-openings, and future developments.
- 5–8 years of experience in Food & Beverage, hospitality operations, business development, or multi-property management environments;
- Previous experience within hospitality groups, hotels, lifestyle brands, or multi-property organizations;
- Strong understanding of hospitality-driven F&B concepts, operational models, and commercial dynamics;
- Solid financial and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into operational actions and business decisions;
- Excellent communication, networking, stakeholder management, and presentation skills;
- Fluent English, both written and spoken; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
