Marketing Manager

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive new customer leads.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, social media, email, and other platforms.
• Oversee website content, SEO, and online reputation management.
• Create and manage marketing calendars, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Coordinate advertising with media partners, vendors, and agencies.
• Track marketing performance using analytics and adjust campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Manage the company's social media presence and content strategy.
• Develop marketing materials including brochures, presentations, videos, and promotional assets.
• Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Manage the marketing budget and recommend new growth opportunities.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing technologies.
• Monitor all campaign KPIs throughout the month to track performance and make adjustments or reallocations where necessary

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of marketing experience, with experience in home services, construction, remodeling, or a related industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising, SEO, social media, email marketing, and CRM systems.
• Experience managing marketing campaigns from strategy through execution.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and optimize performance.
• Selfstarter who thrives in a fastpaced, growthoriented environment.

• Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Graphic design or video editing experience.
• Photography or content creation skills.
• Experience planning home shows, community events, or local marketing initiatives.
