Job Description

We are seeking a Lead, Product Rollout (Vendor) dedicated to driving product features delivering operational excellence for existing vendor partners. Operating at senior levels between regional commercial leadership and global product teams, you will own complex challenges faced by restaurant vendors, including improving order fulfillment, vendor performance, vendor operating hours and vendor satisfaction. 

You will move beyond execution to actively shape the roadmap for our suite of vendor-facing products, building rigorous business cases, mentoring junior team members, and driving scalable platform capabilities across our 15 markets in APAC & EU. You will also co-own several performance metrics 

Product Discovery & Roadmap Influence

• Engage with a diverse set of local business stakeholders and regional teams, comprising Finance, Commercial, Operations and Support among many others to gather product feedback, identify pain points, and refine feature requests.
• Deep-dive into vendor performance metrics — specifically focusing on Vendor Fail Rate (VFR), Vendor Offline rates, vendor-related customer satisfaction drivers and Average Opening Hours — to identify systemic platform bottlenecks and cannibalization risks
• Plan our POS and Order Transmission strategy by evaluating friction points in direct and indirect POS integrations
• Translate complex operational challenges into scalable, platform-level product architectures

Global Go-To-Market Orchestration & Leadership

• Lead the end-to-end cross-functional rollout of critical, high-risk vendor migrations across operations, commercial, product & finance teams
• Architect and standardize the deployment playbooks, FAQs, and frameworks used by the wider Commercial and Operations teams to ensure rapid platform parity across markets

Stakeholder Management & Mentorship

• Act as the primary point of contact between the product, local and regional teams
• Maintain alignment across stakeholders through regular updates and checkpoints
• Track and report on rollout performance, adoption, and feedback

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in product operations, commercial programme management, or product-related roles in a high-velocity, multi-region tech environment
• Deep understanding of vendor operational excellence, order fulfillment, and partner enablement in complex 2-sided marketplace platforms, 
• Previous experience working with restaurants/delivery/logistics partners with a strong understanding of how to improve partner operations from a tech product perspective
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale. multi-quarter projects which involve many cross-functional stakeholders and complex tech dependencies
• Able to operate in high ambiguity environments where you deep dive into product and operational details, convince stakeholders to prioritise long-term wins despite dependencies, and structure detailed product deployment plans
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, especially in fast-paced or matrixed environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with project management platforms (e.g. Asana) and the product development lifecycle
