About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to join our Global Marketing team, supporting the creation and delivery of our global and regional campaigns. This is a key role, that will have global visibility and will sit at the intersection of brand, production, and regional marketing, managing cross functional projects and ensuring a high standard of execution.
The Program Manager plays a key role in connecting global strategy to local execution. Working across channels and regions, this role supports the delivery of marketing initiatives through strong planning, structured execution, and clear communication. This is a fast -paced, highly organised role suited to someone with strong project management capability who thrives on managing multiple workstreams and supporting alignment across stakeholders. The role partners closely with global and regional marketing leads to help maintain visibility of plans, progress, and performance, while driving efficient ways of working across teams.
Marketing Program and Campaign Delivery
- Support the management of the Global & APAC marketing program of work, ensuring alignment to the annual marketing plan and agreed priorities.
- Track progress against key deliverables across teams, helping ensure timelines are met and outputs delivered to plan.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps, escalating and supporting actions to maintain delivery momentum.
- Establish and maintain marketing planning cadence, including WIPs, timelines, and critical paths.
- Develop and execute go -to-market assets for new product launches, programs, and initiatives across multiple channels and markets.
- Lead asset planning across campaigns, ensuring assets are delivered on time to meet market and channel needs.
- Act as a key point of contact across global and regional teams, coordinating marketing, VM, and showroom assets.
- Assist with planning and execution of Global & APAC campaigns, activations, and events.
Regional Alignment and Ways of Working
- Ensure consistency in planning, execution, and reporting processes across regions .
- Support regional marketing leads in maintaining clear visibility, accountability, and delivery against their respective plans.
- Drive aligned ways of working across teams, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and collaboration.
- Act as a key conduit between global strategy and regional execution, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Manage team capacity and workflow trafficking across multiple concurrent projects.
- Foster efficient collaboration across internal teams and external partners.
Photoshoot and Production Coordination
- Coordinate end -to-end delivery of photoshoots, including asset planning, logistics, and shoot schedules.
- Manage photoshoot budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and invoicing.
- Liaise with creative agencies and production partners, ensuring clear briefing and timely deliver
Reporting and Analysis
- Report on global marketing performance, tracking campaign KPIs, ROI, and key insights across regions.
- Establish and manage a consistent reporting cadence, providing clear visibility on performance, progress against plan, and risks.
About You
We're seeking an experienced marketing, production, or project management professional to drive the planning and delivery of integrated campaigns across multiple channels and markets. The ideal candidate combines strong stakeholder management and communication skills with meticulous organisation, a proactive approach, and hands-on experience working alongside creative agencies and production partners.
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing, production, or project management
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, advertising, production management, or related discipline
- Demonstrated experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and markets
- Strong project and program management capability, with experience managing complex plans and multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to drive alignment and accountability across teams
- Strong stakeholder management experience across cross -functional and regional teams
- Highly organised and efficient, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast -paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and execution excellence
- Experience working with creative agencies and production partners
- Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach
- Experience with marketing reporting, KPI tracking, and dashboarding tools is highly desirable
