This expansive reach ensures that our spare parts for cars, trucks, and two-wheelers are readily available in workshops across the globe.


Key responsibilities (or What you can expect in the role)

As Regional Marketing & Sales Enablement Manager EMEA, you will drive commercial growth by turning business priorities, product innovation, and customer insights into effective marketing and sales enablement initiatives across the region. Working closely with Sales, Product Line Management, Technical Training, and Customer Experience, you will lead demand-generation campaigns and play a key role in product launches and customer activation programs that strengthen market presence, accelerate growth, and deliver measurable business impact.


  • Drive regional marketing, demand generation, and customer activation initiatives that support profitable growth across EMEA.
  • Drive the commercialization of new products, services, and repair solutions, playing a key role in cross-functional market launch activities to maximize customer adoption and commercial success.
  • Coordinate launch readiness for sales teams, distributors and key accounts to maximize adoption and commercial success, ensuring each launch package includes product positioning, customer value proposition, sales argumentation, competitive differentiation, technical training content, customer communication, and activation tools.
  • Enable Sales teams and channel partners with compelling tools, content, and value propositions that strengthen customer engagement and conversion, converting product and technical competence into customer confidence, commercial attractiveness, and buying decisions.
  • Develop market and customer-specific activation packages for distributors, workshops, garages, fleets, e-retailers, and selected key accounts.
  • Drive measurable marketing contribution to sell-in and sell-out performance in close alignment with regional and country sales teams.
  • Plan and execute campaigns, trade fairs, customer events, and digital activations that deliver measurable business impact.
  • Manage agencies, suppliers, timelines and budgets with operational excellence.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, channel dynamics and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and improve commercial effectiveness.
  • Support the deployment of the new automotive brand in the region while ensuring alignment with global brand positioning and business objectives.
  • Ensure communication activities strengthen customer trust, product credibility and commercial performance.


Requirements (or We expect you to have/be)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Commercial Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience within commercial marketing, demand generation, sales enablement, business development or market activation.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable business impact through B2B marketing initiatives, preferably within the automotive aftermarket or another technical distribution environment.
  • Experience working closely with sales organizations, product management, distributors, channel partners and key accounts.
  • Demonstrated success in product launches, campaigns, events and commercial activation programs.
  • Strong understanding of customer conversion, sell-in/sell-out dynamics and channel activation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills within a matrix organization.
  • A data-driven mindset with experience measuring campaign effectiveness, launch performance and marketing ROI.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technical and commercial information.
  • Fluent English. Additional European languages are considered an advantage.

This position will be located anywhere in EMEA, preferably on one of our sites in Germany, France, or Sweden.


Please note that this position requires 30 to 40% of international work trips.
