Requirements

This job position requires a mandatory National Security Clearance. Candidates must meet the essential NATO security requirements to be eligible for certification:

• ■ Nationality: Active citizenship of a NATO member state.
• ■ Background Check: Clean criminal record and a clean financial/legal history.
• ■ Vetting Authorization: Formal consent to personal, professional and security background vetting.

SUPPORT PROTOCOL: Gaman will actively assist the selected candidate throughout the vetting process and fully cover all associated costs. Please note that obtaining and holding this security clearance is a strict requirement for contract signature and onboarding.

01 / Objective & Overview

Spearheads Gaman’s global marketing, brand strategy, and growth initiatives across the defense and aerospace sectors. Oversees the deployment of advanced AI-driven marketing automation, predictive analytics for market intelligence, and generative AI tools for hyper-targeted content creation. Scales corporate visibility, manages high-stakes international expo presence, and leverages data models to optimize the pipeline for institutional and commercial space contracts.

02 // BASE FORMATION

• > MSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, or a technical discipline with a business specialization
• > Advanced certification or documented training in AI Applications in Marketing, Machine Learning for Business, or Data Analytics
• > Deep understanding of international B2G (Business-to-Government), B2B (Business-to-Business) and B2D (Business-to-Defense) marketing frameworks

03 / Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B/B2G/B2B marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within a deep-tech, defense, or aerospace firm
• Proven track record of implementing generative AI tools and LLM workflows
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered marketing stacks, predictive lead scoring, and account-based marketing (ABM) data models
• Valued experience navigating strict marketing compliance laws surrounding export-controlled (ITAR/EAR) or classified defense technologies
