Junior / Senior Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Junior / Senior Marketing Manager to support regional B2B marketing communications and brand growth across key European markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional B2B marketing plans, including exhibitions, roadshows, digital marketing, social media, PR and brand campaigns.
• Drive local brand promotion among installers, distributors and business customers.
• Work closely with sales, technical and product teams to create localized marketing content.
• Coordinate industry events, seminars, installer activities, partnerships and media relations.
• Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of marketing communications experience, preferably in B2B.
• Renewable energy / solar industry experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English and German; French or Chinese is a plus.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related fields.
• Strong project management, communication and coordination skills.
