We are an ownership and development group operating a newly developed multifamily rental community in Orlando, Florida.


Role Description

The Property Manager will support all aspects of property management, including assisting with the day-to-day operations of the apartment community, supporting leasing efforts such as tours, follow-ups, and resident applications, coordinating resident move-ins and renewals, helping manage resident relations and customer service requests, assisting with rent collections and delinquency follow-up, coordinating with maintenance staff and vendors, monitoring property appearance and community standards, maintaining accurate records using property management software, supporting occupancy and retention goals, assisting ownership and management with operational reporting and administrative tasks, preparing financial reports, responding to inquiries, assisting in resolving tenant concerns, monitoring maintenance activities, and assisting with inspections.


Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, including lease documentation and records management
  • Proficiency in property management software and basic accounting tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for tenant relations and conflict resolution
  • Ability to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety and legal standards
  • Problem-solving and multitasking abilities to handle property-related challenges effectively
  • Previous experience in multifamily property management, leasing, or apartment operations preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a must
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus.
