US Marketing & Operations Manager

Gelatissimo is an award-winning Australian-based premium gelato brand with over 60 stores across Australia, five stores in the United States and an established international franchise network.

We're looking for an energetic, commercially minded US Marketing & Operations Manager to help drive the success of our United States business.

Based in Houston, you'll support Gelatissimo's US network across Houston, Northwest Arkansas, Orange County and Honolulu, working closely with franchisees, store teams and our Australian Head Office.

This is a unique opportunity to join an international business in a broad, hands-on role where you'll have genuine ownership, variety and the opportunity to make a real impact. You'll begin your journey with training at our Sydney Head Office before returning to Houston to support our US business.

About The Role

As our US Marketing & Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for helping our existing US business thrive by:

• Designing and executing local marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Capturing and creating engaging social media, photography and video content showcasing our products, stores and customers.
• Partnering with franchisees to improve sales, customer experience and overall business performance.
• Building trusted relationships with franchisees and acting as their primary day-to-day support contact.
• Coordinating day-to-day business operations with our Australian Support Office.
• Coordinating product replenishment and supporting new product launches.
• Identifying opportunities to improve business performance and strengthen the Gelatissimo brand.

No two days will be the same. One day you may be filming content in-store, the next supporting a franchisee, coordinating product deliveries, launching a new flavour or developing a local marketing campaign.

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership and loves getting things done.

You'll Ideally Have

• Experience in marketing, hospitality, retail, franchising or business operations.
• Strong digital marketing and social media skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• A commercial mindset and sound problem-solving skills.
• High levels of organisation, initiative and accountability.
• The flexibility to travel within the United States.
