Manager, CRM

Job Summary

The CRM Manager reports to the Sr. Director, CRM and owns day-to-day CRM execution for an assigned restaurant brand across email, push, and SMS. This role is responsible for building lifecycle journeys, supporting pilot programs from the owned-channel side, and installing the CRM operating rhythm the assigned brand pod requires.

Essential Functions

• Own day-to-day CRM execution for the assigned brand across email, push, and SMS.
• Design and operate the assigned brand's lifecycle journey map across acquisition, activation, retention, and winback.
• Build the campaign calendar, manage brief intake, conduct QA, and run post-campaign analysis.
• Operate a structured A/B testing program covering subject lines, offer constructs, and send-time optimization.
• Provide CRM support for pilot programs from the owned-channel side.
• Produce weekly CRM performance reporting to the assigned brand's pod.
• Manage budgets in accordance with approved plans and the Company's brand-funded marketing investment standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Work Experience

• 4+ years of CRM execution experience in a consumer brand context.
• Proficiency with enterprise CRM stacks (e.g., Marigold, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar).
• Strong A/B testing and analytical discipline.
• Multi-brand, franchise, or portfolio context preferred.

Skills

• Builder's mindset; comfortable installing dedicated CRM operations where shared services existed before.
• Strong cross-functional credibility with creative, paid media, and analytics partners.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Sound judgment in managing brand-funded marketing investments to fiduciary standards.
