- This position is an Onsite role based out of our Atlanta, GA office.***
In this role, you will
- Provide comprehensive marketing and administrative support to Office Services brokers (tenant rep and landlord rep).
- Create BOVs, pitches, listing flyers, property signage, surveys, tour books, and other design tasks, mostly in Adobe InDesign.
- Maintain and update print-ready versions of marketing collateral and online marketing of listings.
- Enter closed deals for invoicing, send invoice, track commission payments.
- Complete lease proposal comparisons (both Excel and InDesign formats)
- Create eblasts and social media posts.
- Manage brokers bios, submit expense reimbursements and third-party invoices, schedule/host team/client meetings.
- Prioritize workload appropriately to meet competing deadlines and multiple stakeholders.
- Perform reviews of externally focused deliverables for the team ensuring best in class work.
- Handle transaction documents and oversee file management.
- 2-3 years of administrative and/or marketing support within the commercial real estate industry
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign
- Proficient in intermediate functions including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus
- Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
