Your Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing a loyalty program strategy focused on customer engagement, CLV, and sales growth.
• Planning, organizing, and implementing short-term and long-term marketing campaigns.
• Developing segmentation and personalization strategies.
• Monitoring campaign effectiveness, analyzing results, and generating insights to improve the program.
• Collaborating with the IT team to develop the mobile app and related features: from requirements gathering to testing and launch.
• Working with CRM systems and customer databases.
• Creating value-driven communications for loyalty program members across various channels.
• Coordinating with internal and external partners and agencies.

• You have experience managing CRM, loyalty programs, or digital marketing.
• You have worked with loyalty programs, mobile apps, or self-service projects.
• You have a strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and conversion optimization.
• You have a foundation in data analytics and are able to make data-driven decisions.
• You understand retail processes (a plus).
• You are able to think strategically while ensuring tactical execution.
• You are results-oriented, able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, and reconcile the interests of different stakeholders.

Salary:

3360–3700 €/month before taxes.
