We're looking for daring, ambitious, and "a little crazy" people — those who love building real products and dream of launching cool startups. You have the ambition; we have the conditions to make it happen.

You will:

• Launch, structure, and scale UA campaigns on multiple channels.
• Monitor key KPIs daily and make data-driven optimization decisions.
• Implement AI/automation approaches to speed up analysis, testing, and workflows.
• Cooperate with the Creative team.
• Research and apply market insights to improve user acquisition processes.
• Independently manage campaigns and make correct basic optimization decisions.
• Maintain clean tracking, low error rate, and clear weekly reporting.

We'll have a match if you:

• Have up to 1 year of experience in user acquisition, performance marketing, or digital advertising (career switchers are welcome).
• Have Upper-Intermediate English or above.
• Know how to work with performance data and make optimization decisions based on metrics.
• Be proactive, results-oriented, and eager to grow quickly in your career.
