Growth Manager / Operation Manager

CoinWorldCap is a Web3 data and information platform that helps users discover, understand, and evaluate crypto assets, projects, market trends, and industry developments. We are building a more personalized crypto information experience by combining market data, trending topics, project information, community activity, and user preferences.

As we continue to grow globally, we are looking for a Growth Manager to drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and brand awareness through data-driven growth initiatives.

• Develop and execute user growth initiatives across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, referral, and reactivation.
• Plan and execute integrated growth campaigns through PR, content marketing, social media, community operations, partnerships, SEO, and product-led growth.
• Monitor crypto market trends, user discussions, trending tokens, and industry narratives, and transform insights into growth campaigns and marketing opportunities.
• Analyze user behavior and growth data to identify opportunities for improving conversion, engagement, and retention.
• Design, execute, and optimize A/B tests and growth experiments across marketing channels and product funnels.
• Develop SEO and content distribution strategies to increase organic traffic and brand visibility.
• Build partnerships with exchanges, wallets, developers, AI applications, media, and Web3 ecosystems to expand user acquisition channels.
• Track and report growth KPIs including traffic sources, CAC, activation rate, conversion rate, retention, engagement, and campaign ROI.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Content, Community, and Business Development teams to improve the user journey and growth performance.

• 3+ years of experience in User Growth, Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Product Growth within Crypto, Web3, Blockchain, FinTech, Financial Data, or Internet platforms.
• Strong understanding of crypto users, market behavior, community culture, and growth channels.
• Hands-on experience in SEO, content marketing, PR, social media, community growth, partnerships, and growth campaigns.
• Experience managing X, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Similarweb, or equivalent analytics tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Excellent English communication and writing skills.

As we continue to scale globally, we are looking for an Operation Manager to oversee platform operations, campaign execution, content operations, and user operations while ensuring operational excellence across the platform.

• Manage the daily operations of the CoinWorldCap platform to ensure smooth execution and high operational quality.
• Coordinate platform operations, content publishing, campaign execution, token and project onboarding, and ecosystem initiatives.
• Develop and improve operational processes, workflows, and SOPs to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Monitor crypto market developments and coordinate timely updates of platform content, trending topics, campaigns, and operational activities.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Growth, Content, Community, and Business Development teams to deliver operational projects on schedule.
• Manage operational planning for ecosystem campaigns, AMA sessions, trading competitions, promotional events, and strategic partnerships.
• Analyze operational performance and user feedback to identify process improvements and optimize user experience.
• Track operational KPIs and prepare regular reports on platform performance, campaign execution, operational efficiency, and user satisfaction.
• Ensure high standards for execution quality, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence.

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Platform Operations, Business Operations, Community Operations, or Project Management within Crypto, Web3, Blockchain, FinTech, or Internet platforms.
• Strong understanding of crypto ecosystems, exchanges, wallets, blockchain projects, and market data platforms.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and operational processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Jira, Lark, Google Workspace, Google Analytics, or equivalent collaboration and analytics platforms.
• Excellent English communication skills.
