Campaign Operations Project Manager (Hybrid)

Job Type: 1 year Contract

Compensation Range: $50 - 55 per hour

This strategic opportunity empowers you to drive the end-to-end execution and continuous optimization of complex Healthcare Professional (HCP) 1:1 marketing campaigns. As a consultative partner across multi-disciplinary teams, you will turn data-driven insights into impactful digital engagement solutions that redefine industry standards.

Hybrid Schedule: 3 days/week onsite in Mettawa, IL

Responsibilities:

• Orchestrate end-to-end HCP CRM campaigns across cross-functional teams and agency partners to ensure flawless execution and on-time project delivery.
• Optimize omnichannel marketing performance through continuous data analysis, proactively identifying key engagement trends to maximize business impact.
• Establish standardized operational processes, workflow automations, and governance frameworks to enhance execution efficiency and agility.
• Deliver strategic business reviews and performance SLAs to executive stakeholders to drive alignment and advance long-term campaign objectives.

• Experience: 3-5+ years of strategic CRM, database marketing, or digital campaign management experience (pharma or agency experience preferred).
• Technical Expertise: Hands-on mastery in 1:1 direct marketing execution, CRM platforms, email marketing, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Track Record: Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-channel initiatives simultaneously while analyzing metrics to drive continuous campaign optimization.
• Education & Core Competencies: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience with exceptional collaborative and consultative communication skills.
