Role Description

• Full-time, on-site role based in Plovdiv, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies across Galaxy Investment Group’s real estate portfolio.
• Day-to-day activities include developing and implementing marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, and managing brand positioning for various projects.
• The role involves conducting market and competitor analyses, identifying target audiences, and preparing marketing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Marketing Manager collaborates closely with sales and project management teams to support lead generation, enhance client experience, and strengthen the company’s market presence.
• Additional responsibilities may include managing marketing budgets, overseeing external agencies and vendors, and ensuring consistent messaging across digital and offline channels.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

• Strong Marketing Strategy and Market Research skills to plan campaigns and analyze market trends.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with internal teams and interact with clients and partners.
• Sales and marketing execution skills to support lead generation, conversion activities, and project promotion.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and channels (e.g., social media, email marketing, web content management) and basic analytics skills.
• Solid organizational and project management abilities, including time management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Experience in real estate, investment, or related industries as an advantage, and familiarity with the local Plovdiv and national market is beneficial.
• A relevant university degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, and strong written and spoken English and Bulgarian language skills.
