What You’ll Do
As the Leasing & Marketing Manager, you’ll take the lead on all leasing activities and oversee marketing initiatives to attract and retain residents. Responsibilities include:
- Leading the leasing team to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue goals.
- Managing the leasing process from tours to move-ins, ensuring a seamless resident experience.
- Creating and executing property marketing strategies, including online advertising, social media, and outreach.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor properties to keep strategies competitive.
- Overseeing resident retention efforts, renewal processes, and resident events.
- Training and mentoring leasing staff to provide top-tier customer service.
- Reporting leasing performance, traffic, and conversion metrics to the Property Manager and leadership team.
- 2+ years of experience in leasing, marketing, or property management (multi-family preferred).
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Proven track record of hitting leasing goals and occupancy targets.
- Proficiency in property management systems (Entrata, Yardi, RealPage, etc.) and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service abilities.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
This pay range reflects a good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined at the time of offer.
