Responsibilities

· Develop and execute the company's brand strategy in line with overall business objectives.

· Define and lead the annual and quarterly brand marketing roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities.

· Lead the planning, execution and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL and digital channels.

· Manage media planning and buying processes, ensuring effective budget allocation and maximum campaign performance.

· Oversee relationships with creative, media, PR and production agencies while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and at the highest quality.

· Lead corporate events, sponsorships, brand activations and field marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.

· Monitor, analyze and optimize campaign performance by tracking KPIs, market trends and consumer insights, providing actionable recommendations.

· Manage the brand marketing budget and ensure efficient use of resources to maximize ROI.

· Collaborate closely with Sales, Product and other cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand communication across all customer touchpoints.

· Lead, mentor and develop the Brand Marketing team by setting clear objectives, providing regular feedback and fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.

· Travel when required to support marketing events, campaigns and business initiatives.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

· 5–7 years of experience in brand marketing, marketing communications or integrated marketing.

· Previous experience leading or mentoring a marketing team.

· Proven experience in developing and executing brand strategies that support business growth.

· Hands-on experience in media planning and buying, including budget management and agency collaboration.

· Strong knowledge of ATL, BTL, digital marketing and integrated marketing communications.

· Experience managing agencies, vendors and cross-functional projects.

· Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance through KPIs and making data-driven decisions.

· Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management and project coordination skills.

· Highly organized, proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
