Expectation from this role is to scan markets for new growth opportunities; turn market, consumer, competition insights into solid executional plans and support markets in bridging strategic initiatives to life

/ Conduct analysis on business growth potentials for REM CG within the region on granular country, market, channel, portfolio areas while orchestrating amongst the stakeholders with strong cooperation bridging strategic thinking with hands on execution

/ Ensure data based decision making with KPI-based steering of the local/area BU's P&L (all respective brands), incl. continuous monthly business performance analysis

/ Hands on Cost and Complexity target tracking & achievements

/ Orchestrate amongst stakeholders (Sales, Brand Marketing, Controlling, Sales Planning, Customer Service, and various other departments) to ensure cohesive business operation and absolute consumer happiness in responsible markets

Your Profile

/ University degree preferably in Engineering or Business Administration, Fluent English is essential.

/ Minimum 4 years similar experience, Excellent MS Office (Excel,Powerpoint) knowledge, marketing experience is plus

/ Consumer- and result-oriented with strong analytical skills and an efficiency-driven mindset.

/ A collaborative team player but also a self initiator
