Designation: Assistant Manager/Manager (Land acquisition)
Location: Hyderabad
CTC: 12 – 14 LPA
How can you make an Impact?
Purpose : To lead land sourcing and business development efforts in Hyderabad, enabling Ashiana Housing’s strategic expansion by identifying, evaluating, and closing high-potential residential land opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Land Sourcing & Deal Origination
- Identify and source land parcels suitable for residential development.
- Build a strong pipeline of off-market and market deals
2. Market Intelligence & Feasibility
- Conduct micro-market analysis (pricing, absorption, competition, regulatory environment)
- Prepare initial feasibility and business case notes
3. Developer & Partner Engagement
- Identify and engage with local developers for JVs / JDs / outright purchase
- Maintain relationships with Landowners, Channel partners / brokers, Local consultants
- Represent Ashiana in initial deal discussions and negotiations
4. Deal Structuring & Closure Support
- Support structuring of financial models and deal terms
- Participate in negotiations to close transactions
- Track deal progress from lead to closure
5. Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with HO leadership and cross-functional teams
- Provide regular updates on Pipeline status, Market trends & Key risks/opportunities
What are we looking for?
- 4 to 8 years of experience in Land acquisition /Business Development
- Strong local network (brokers, landowners, developers)
- Deal-making and negotiation capability
- Commercial acumen (basic feasibility understanding)
- High ownership & drive
- Strong relationship-building ability
- Street-smart, result-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in an unstructured / new market setup
