Position Overview

The Mass Recruitment Manager (Driver Recruitment) is responsible for developing and executing the driver supply strategy to ensure a stable, scalable, and high-quality driver ecosystem across markets. The role oversees driver acquisition, employer branding, recruitment operations, and supply growth initiatives to support marketplace balance and business expansion.

This position requires strong leadership in demand generation, recruitment marketing, operational efficiency, and data-driven supply planning.

Key Responsibilities

1. Driver Employer Branding

• Develop and implement global employer branding strategies for driver recruitment (e.g., “Green Driver” brand) across markets
• Define branding KPIs, budget allocation, and performance metrics
• Plan and execute digital recruitment marketing campaigns across relevant online channels
• Collaborate with local market teams and vendors to ensure effective execution of recruitment branding initiatives
• Strengthen global driver employer brand awareness and ensure consistent brand positioning across markets

2. Recruitment Operations & Process Optimization

• Develop recruitment plans and budget frameworks for driver supply across markets
• Monitor recruitment progress, campaign effectiveness, and operational efficiency across regions
• Ensure proper budget allocation and cost control aligned with business targets
• Establish daily, weekly, and monthly reporting systems to track supply growth and recruitment performance
• Identify operational challenges and propose solutions to improve recruitment productivity and supply performance
• Lead digitization and process optimization initiatives for driver recruitment operations

3. Driver Acquisition & Supply Growth

• Design and develop online and offline driver acquisition channels
• Propose incentive structures and policies to attract new drivers and increase onboarding completion rates
• Execute driver acquisition campaigns to accelerate supply growth in key markets
• Analyze growth metrics including new driver acquisition, onboarding conversion rate, and driver retention
• Plan and manage acquisition budgets while ensuring cost efficiency
• Develop and strengthen the driver recruitment brand across markets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, or related fields
• 6+ years of experience in mass recruitment, recruitment operations, growth marketing, or marketplace supply management
• Experience in mobility platforms, ride-hailing, logistics, or gig-economy businesses is highly preferred
• Proven experience leading large-scale recruitment or supply acquisition initiatives
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities
• Experience managing cross-market or international operations is a plus
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project execution skills
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments
