Marketing Manager Sweden

The Marketing Manager Sweden’s primary responsibility is to be the owner of our brand portfolio within the Swedish market. They define the right marketing activations and implement them on time, in full - and within budget to deliver measurable growth in line with the overall brand growth objectives for each brand. This role involves close collaboration with various departments, including sales, operations, and senior management, to ensure successful implementation of marketing initiatives.

The Marketing Manager reports to the Head of Marketing Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the resident expert on the Swedish market, understanding local consumer behavior and media trends within the retail landscape.
• Collaborate closely with the Swedish sales team to plan and optimize retailer campaigns to foster brand growth.
• Work alongside the marketing team to transform brand strategies into creative marketing campaigns that resonate with the Swedish market.
• Deliver tailored marketing plans within budget and brand strategy and align with pre-defined KPIs to achieve brand growth objectives.
• Provide regular reporting and analysis of marketing activities and results, ensuring ROI both internally and for brand owners.
• Lead the marketing implementation of new brands in the Swedish market through impactful activations in line with GTM strategy.
• Ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall the brand’s strategy & goals.
• Proactively identify marketing trends and explore new initiatives and channels to maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with the Aspire Brands marketing team to, drive creativity, share best practices and optimize marketing spending.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand, sales, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment on the marketing strategies across the organization.
• Collaborate and maintain close relationships with external agencies and earned media partners.
• Travel required up to 15% of the time.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing and/or brand management. Experience within the personal care/beauty industry and Swedish retailer market is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong creative thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and market insights effectively.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Genuine passion for marketing, with an understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, capable of translating brand narratives into locally relevant executions.
