Crystal Capital Partners is a leading alternatives investment platform connecting financial advisors with institutional-quality private market and hedge fund strategies. We operate at the intersection of sophisticated capital markets and high-touch client relationships, and we expect our marketing function to reflect that standard.

About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing Analyst who thinks like a strategist, operates like a technologist, and knows how to get the right message to the right audience at exactly the right moment. This isn't a traditional marketing coordinator role. It's a data-driven, systems-oriented position for someone who genuinely enjoys making outreach smarter, faster, and more measurable.

You'll be the primary operator of our FINTRX institutional data platform and our CRM (we're transitioning from Salesforce to HubSpot in Q3/Q4 2026), turning raw advisor intelligence into well-timed, personalized outreach across every stage of the funnel. You'll work closely with sales and investor relations to ensure leads are properly segmented, sequences are optimized, and no high-value relationships fall through the cracks.

FINTRX Database Management

  • Maintain, segment, and continuously enrich our FINTRX database of institutional allocators, family offices, RIAs, endowments, and foundations
  • Build and refine audience lists for targeted campaigns based on allocator type, AUM, mandate, and activity signals
  • Monitor platform updates and new data releases to surface emerging prospects for sales
  • Develop protocols for data hygiene, deduplication, and contact lifecycle management

CRM Operations

  • Own the architecture and day-to-day management of our CRM, including contact records, deal pipelines, lifecycle stages, and custom properties
  • Build and maintain automated email sequences, workflows, and nurture programs across the full funnel
  • Design dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into pipeline health, campaign performance, and engagement
  • Ensure clean, bi-directional data flow between FINTRX and the CRM, eliminating manual re-entry
  • Manage list imports, segmentation, and enrollment logic for outbound campaigns

Funnel Optimization and Audience Strategy

  • Audit the marketing and sales funnel to identify drop-off points, re-engagement opportunities, and under-served segments
  • Design multi-touch cadences tailored to specific investor personas
  • Partner with sales to align CRM-driven sequences with live outreach so marketing and sales reinforce each other
  • Test subject lines, formats, timing, and CTAs to improve open, click, and conversion rates
  • Track and report on campaign attribution, connecting marketing touches to pipeline outcomes

AI-Assisted Marketing Operations

  • Use AI tools to accelerate content drafting, segmentation, personalization at scale, and outreach optimization
  • Evaluate new marketing automation or AI-powered tools that could improve efficiency or reach
  • Stay current on how peer firms in alternatives are using data and automation in investor relations marketing

Marketing Analytics and Reporting

  • Own our marketing analytics infrastructure: Google Search Console, GA4, CRM reporting, LinkedIn and Google Ads dashboards, and connected data sources
  • Build and maintain a master performance dashboard covering pipeline influence, channel contribution, cost per lead, and funnel conversion
  • Develop attribution models that connect paid and organic touches to pipeline outcomes, moving beyond last-click
  • Deliver regular reports to leadership: weekly campaign snapshots, monthly channel deep dives, quarterly strategic reviews
  • Serve as the team's analytical resource for audience sizing, campaign feasibility, competitive benchmarking, and funnel diagnostics

Who You Are

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related role, ideally in financial services, asset management, or a B2B firm with a complex sales cycle
  • A HubSpot power user who can build sophisticated workflows, maintain clean CRM architecture, and troubleshoot when things break
  • Experienced with data intelligence platforms (FINTRX, Preqin, PitchBook, or similar) to build prospect lists and enrich CRM records
  • Someone who thinks in funnels, asking "where is this audience in the journey" before deciding what to send
  • Comfortable with data and light technical work: CSV manipulation, workflow logic, basic HTML for email, and API-level thinking
  • Detail-oriented, understanding that in financial services an incorrect contact record or mistimed outreach can cost a relationship
  • A clear communicator who can translate data findings into plain-language recommendations for both marketing and sales stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • Data-driven SEO specialization
  • Direct experience with FINTRX
  • Familiarity with alternatives, hedge funds, private equity, or wealth management audiences
  • Knowledge of email deliverability best practices
  • HubSpot Marketing Hub or Operations Hub certification
  • Google Ads or LinkedIn Marketing Solutions certification
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) platforms or strategies targeting named accounts
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising or intent data platforms for financial services audiences

Compensation and Benefits

$80,000 to $110,000 base salary, commensurate with experience, plus comprehensive benefits including health and dental.
