About the Role

The role is to plan and execute activities that attract potential business customers and turn interest into real commercial opportunities.



Key Responsibilities


1. Customer Acquisition

  • Plan and execute campaigns to attract potential customers through Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, SEO, landing pages, CRM, and other relevant channels.
  • Build campaign plans for different customer segments, use cases, or industries, with clear targets, timelines, and tracking.
  • Monitor channel performance and adjust budget, messaging, and targeting based on results.


2. Website & Funnel Optimization

  • Improve website and landing page performance to increase form submissions, demo requests, quotation requests, and customer inquiries.
  • Analyze customer journeys to identify drop-off points and improve conversion.
  • Run A/B tests on landing pages, messages, offers, and call-to-action flows.


3. Performance Tracking

  • Develop practical marketing content such as use cases, case studies, demo videos, customer stories, ROI calculators, whitepapers, and industry-specific materials.
  • Explore marketing partnerships with relevant companies, associations, platforms, or ecosystem partners.
  • Track key metrics including website traffic, inquiries, demo/quotation requests, conversion rate, CAC, and campaign ROI.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and recommend what to continue, improve, or stop.


Key Requirements

Work Experience

  • 3–7 years of experience in B2B growth marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing, or customer acquisition.
  • Strong digital marketing skills across paid ads, SEO, landing pages, CRM, and campaign tracking.
  • Analytical mindset and comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance reports.
  • Able to write and create content using AI tools to improve speed and quality.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
