What You Will Do

1. Product Marketing

- Coordinate with BMC (Business Model & Commercialization) and Growth & Marketing teams to define GTM roadmap, pricing strategy, and incentive mechanics.

- Act as voice of the users — gather insights and feedback to continuously optimize product-market fit post-launch.

- Manage campaign budget allocation across in-app and external channels, tied to growth KPIs including funded merchant count, activation rate, and GMV per cohort.

2. Analytics & Growth Mindset

- Synthesize data across business units to shape a strong problem statement and solution thesis.

- Critically monitor and analyze KPIs related to growth initiatives, identifying risks and opportunities early.

- Translate data insights into strategic recommendations for senior management.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration

- Collaborate with internal teams (MDS, EPS, SPS) and external partners (e.g., iPOS, Nhanh.vn) to identify user needs and proposed initiatives.

- Drive product concept definition with cross-functional stakeholders (Credit, etc.), aligning on scope, assumptions, and go/no-go criteria.

What You Will Need

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- Strong logical business growth mindset able to connect data, marketing, and product levers to deliver impact.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to work cross-functionally with senior partners.

- Highly results-driven, detail-oriented, and execution-focused, with the agility to thrive in fast-paced environments.

- A hustler’s spirit - creative, resilient, and relentless in pursuing growth opportunities.

- Plus:

+ Experience in Product Strategy, Business Development, or Consulting, preferably within Fintech, Lending.

+ Familiarity with financial services, credit scoring models, or risk assessment frameworks.
