Job Overview:

Seeking a results-driven Marketing Business Development (MKT BD) professional with strong KOL resources in the Finance/Web3 industry. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently developing and managing regional KOL partnerships, with excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.

Key Responsibilities

KOL Ecosystem Development

• Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with KOLs, KOCs, and MCN agencies in the Vietnamese market.
• Build and continuously optimize a high-quality regional KOL network.
• Expand brand influence through strategic influencer collaborations.

Business Negotiation & Relationship Management

• Independently handle business negotiations with top-tier KOLs and influencers.
• Lead collaboration discussions, partnership structure design, commercial terms negotiation, contract execution, and relationship maintenance.
• Ensure long-term, stable, and mutually beneficial partnerships.

Growth Strategy & Campaign Execution

• Develop growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Design differentiated KOL collaboration approaches, including content co-creation and campaign partnerships.
• Drive brand awareness, user acquisition, engagement, and conversion through influencer marketing initiatives.

Data Analysis & Performance Optimization

• Monitor and analyze key KOL performance metrics, including reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Continuously optimize collaboration strategies based on campaign results.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

• Stay informed on local market developments, industry trends, and competitor KOL strategies.
• Generate actionable insights and market intelligence to support business decision-making and growth planning.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Compliance teams.
• Ensure campaign execution aligns with business objectives and regional regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Job Requirements

Industry Experience

• 3+ years in BD, KOL Management, or Influencer Marketing within Web3 or FinTech.
• Strong KOL/Influencer network is preferred.
• Good understanding of the Web3 ecosystem and user behavior.

Business Development & Negotiation Skills

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to independently manage complex partnership discussions and commercial agreements.
• Experienced in designing and executing win-win collaboration models.

Language Skills: Fluent in English for business communication.
