We're Hiring: Future Country director – Real Estate

Markets: Gibraltar, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, South Caucasus, France, UK, Spain, and other markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Advise and propose business strategy, objectives, and investment plans to the CEO of ROX Living Global (RLG); issue and direct the implementation of policies within the CEO's authority.
2. Execute the vision and strategy set by ROX Living Global's CEO — analyze RLG's product development strategy and localize it to fit the target market; build mid- and short-term strategic plans for the local real estate company; coordinate with functional divisions (investment, finance, etc.) to translate RLG's objectives into concrete action plans; periodically assess strategy execution and adjust as needed.
3. Run the full operations of ROXx in-country under RLG's delegated authority — direct, supervise, and manage the performance of functional departments and projects; control resource efficiency (people and finance) across projects and operations.
4. Plan and coordinate work across functional units — oversee master planning for local real estate development, execution, and operations; monitor progress and quality, issuing timely corrective direction; resolve cross-team bottlenecks; allocate priority resources to key company initiatives.
5. Oversee compliance and risk management — direct and control business and operational activities to ensure compliance with internal policy and local law; report to RLG and propose measures to prevent and manage risks.
6. Manage and develop people — plan workforce needs, participate in recruitment and team-building; assign, supervise, and evaluate staff, recommending rewards or discipline; train and support staff capability; build career development paths; foster a professional, high-performance, and collaborative culture.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by senior leadership.

What We're Looking For:

1. With a minimum of 10 years' experience, including 5 years in a management role and 3–5 years in Real Estate.

3. Willingness to take on and relocate for a leadership role in an international market.
