Salary Range:
- Base: $95K - $115K CAD per year
- Bonus: 10%
- Total Compensation (w/bonus): $105K - $125K CAD per year (negotiable)

Role Overview:
The Field Marketing & Events Manager is responsible for planning and executing field-based marketing initiatives that support pipeline creation, account engagement, and revenue acceleration.
This role focuses on disciplined execution of marketing programs across events, executive engagement, PR coordination, and owned content channels to ensure alignment to sales priorities and measurable pipeline impact.
The Manager operates as a steward of programs translating strategy into well-executed initiatives that strengthen credibility and support active deals.
Mandate:
- Execute field marketing and event programs aligned to Sales priorities
- Support pipeline generation and deal progression through targeted engagement
- Coordinate PR, media, and podcast initiatives aligned to marketing strategy
- Track and report impact of initiatives on pipeline and opportunity progression
- 5-7 years in B2B field marketing, events, or GTM execution roles
- Experience supporting enterprise or services-led sales cycles
- Strong project management and organizational capability
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Sales
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Supply chain or logistics experience preferred
- Plan and execute executive dinners, roundtables, and industry events
- Coordinate logistics, messaging, and attendee targeting
- Support Sales in opportunity-specific engagement initiatives
- Maintain relationships with industry publications and media contacts
- Coordinate speaking opportunities and earned placements
- Support development of media pitches aligned to company narrative
- Manage production logistics and guest coordination
- Align episode themes with Sales and marketing priorities
- Ensure podcast content is leveraged in GTM conversations
- Meet regularly with AEs and Client Partners to understand pipeline priorities
- Execute marketing support plans for named accounts
- Ensure follow-up actions are coordinated after events
- Track pipeline influenced by events and field initiatives
- Monitor engagement quality and opportunity progression
- Report ROI and cost per opportunity supported
- Understand ICP, priority accounts, and active pipeline
- Audit event and podcast assets
- Execute initial field programs tied to Sales priorities
- Secure early PR/media engagement
- Demonstrate measurable pipeline influence
- Deliver structured field marketing calendar aligned to revenue priorities
- Pipeline influenced by field programs
- Event-to-opportunity conversion rate
