Community Leader
This role requires a highly motivated individual to have responsibilities for and leadership at our properties. In your customer first mentality you build relationships with community customers, your colleagues, external contractors, while working as a member of the Taylor+ team. You have responsibilities for community planning, client reporting, administration, operational & technical, expenses, budgeting, capital planning & execution, construction and sustainability. You are a leader in customer relationships building, have a 360-degree view of community building and provide meaningful leadership and support to your colleagues.

You will be responsible for:
- Customer, client and colleague satisfaction
- Responsibilities towards the Taylor+ Community Plan(s)
- Client(s) relationship building and reporting
- Community engagement, leasing support, alternative revenue generation
- Strategic leadership for community administration including fostering collaboration with colleagues and leadership for all aspects of community, community administration, customer onboarding and engagement
- The administration of the community; including financial statement interpretation, lease administration, Procore etc.
- Leadership towards budgeting and implementation. This includes revenue assumptions, projects, cost allocation, forecasts and monthly performance
- Leadership for operating & capital expense strategy
- Leadership around the community operations; overall community appearance, efficiency / effectiveness of contracts, construction, systems, preventive maintenance, fire & life safety, emergency management, sustainability
- Leadership in the programming of events and activations with the overall oversight on the customer experience component
- Liaison and lead the collaboration between the office and retail component to ensure a cohesive flow of the vision for the asset
To succeed in this role:
- Minimum of 10+ years direct work experience in a senior leadership position within a Retail commercial real estate portfolio, including flagship/boutique retail assets
- Post-secondary education
- Working knowledge of Angus, Yardi and Procore
- Must be flexible with working hours to meet the needs of our customers and colleagues

- Sharing knowledge and close collaboration with the Community teams and Taylor Co. leadership within a reciprocal environment
- Ability to lead and influence teams and vendor relationships
