Job Purpose:
To support the Business Development function by identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic land and development opportunities across residential, mixed-use, plotted, villa and commercial projects. The role is responsible for supporting land acquisitions, joint developments, feasibility analysis, transaction coordination, and stakeholder management aligned with the company’s growth strategy and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Land Acquisition & Opportunity Sourcing:
• Identify and evaluate land acquisition opportunities across target markets
• Build and maintain relationships with landowners, channel partners, brokers, IPCs, consultants, and other stakeholders
• Support sourcing of opportunities aligned with the company’s growth and expansion plans
• Participate in preliminary commercial discussions and negotiations with landowners and partners
Feasibility & Market Assessment:
• Conduct project feasibility studies including market assessment, development potential, zoning analysis, and financial viability reviews
• Coordinate with Design, Finance, Legal, Projects, and Sales teams for project evaluation and business case preparation
• Support preparation of project financial models, revenue analysis, and investment evaluations
• Monitor market trends, competitor developments, and pricing benchmarks in NCR markets
Transaction Coordination & Execution:
• Support execution of land acquisitions, JDAs, and strategic partnerships
• Coordinate legal, technical, financial, and commercial due diligence processes
• Work closely with Legal and Finance teams for transaction documentation and approval processes
• Track transaction timelines and ensure timely closure of action items and approvals
Stakeholder Management & Coordination:
• Maintain effective relationships with landowners, consultants, investors, government authorities, and strategic stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handover of projects from acquisition stage to execution stage
• Support management presentations and project evaluation discussions
Strategic Business Support:
• Support identification of new business opportunities across residential and mixed-use projects
• Track regulatory developments, policy updates, and market movements impacting business development activities
• Contribute to business expansion initiatives and growth strategies across NCR markets
Qualifications and Work Experience:
• MBA / Master’s Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Management, or related discipline preferred
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Land Acquisition, or Strategic Growth within the real estate industry
• Strong experience in residential, mixed-use, plotted, villa and commercial projects preferred
• Proven track record in land acquisitions, joint developments, partnerships, and transaction closures
• Strong market knowledge of NCR real estate markets preferred
• Experience working with reputed developers or institutional real estate platforms preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
• Strong understanding of real estate business development and land acquisition processes
• Strong commercial, financial, and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of development feasibility, zoning, and regulatory frameworks
• Strong relationship management and networking capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and deal-closing abilities
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making capability
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and complex negotiations simultaneously
• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• High ownership, business acumen, and execution focus
