We've partnered with a well-established engineering consultancy in Baltimore who are making a significant investment into their Baltimore office. The engineering firm have decades of experience providing MEP engineering services to clients across a broad range of market sectors, delivering excellent design solutions. As a Marketing Manager with the team, you will oversee the entire pursuit process, lead client presentations and represent the firm to stakeholders with a strong marketing background and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the marketing and communication activities
• Lead and oversee the proposal and pursuit process including strategy development, teaming selection, technical proposal creation and client presentations
• Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads
• Collaborate with business development and market sector teams to promote identify and secure collaboration opportunities
• Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
• Track performance of all marketing campaigns
• Monitor procurement sources for new opportunities and oversee Go/No-Go decision-making processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree & 10+ years of experience in marketing within the AEC industry
• Proficiency in InDesign graphic design & Deltek database
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong verbal, written and organizational skills

Salary: Commensurable with background & experience
