HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Enquirus Communication Project Manager for Enquirus will be instrumental in elevating the platform's global visibility and driving its adoption as the industry standard, with a strong emphasis on strategic communications and marketing. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies, overseeing all digital marketing initiatives, and coordinating internal and external messaging to effectively articulate Enquirus' unique value proposition. While also fostering key relationships with Pre-owned partners, Watch Repairs Centers, and retailers, the primary focus will be on enhancing Enquirus' brand presence, ensuring consistent and impactful stakeholder engagement, and ultimately scaling the platform's reach through expert communication.
Key Responsibilities
Communications & Marketing :
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive communication plan and content strategy, including conducting thorough audience analysis to identify and segment key audiences (e.g., pre-owned partners, Watch Repairs Centres, external Maisons, law enforcement, end-users, internal Richemont stakeholders, PR team, media).
- Define core messaging and value proposition for each audience segment, developing consistent core messages, taglines, and elevator pitches that highlight benefits and address audience needs.
- Ensure all communication material and messaging are aligned and agreed with the Enquirus Management's objectives, ensuring messaging aligns with overall brand values and Enquirus' mission.
- Coordinate all internal and external communications requests, liaising with internal experts (e.g., legal), and external specialists/agencies (e.g., for digital marketing, content creation).
- Adapt and update website content, working with the Enquirus teams develop email campaigns, and prepare media toolkits to effectively communicate Enquirus' value proposition to partners.
- Establish clear communication guidelines and tone of voice for all Enquirus communications (e.g., authoritative, helpful, secure, innovative), and develop guidelines for visual identity, logo usage, and brand representation to ensure consistency across all materials.
- Define communication channels and distribution strategy, determining the most effective channels for reaching each audience segment (e.g., Enquirus website, dedicated partner portals, email newsletters, social media platforms, industry events, press releases) and outlining how content will be distributed and promoted.
- Inventory existing communication assets and identify gaps, reviewing all current communication materials (website content, brochures, presentations, social media posts, email templates) and conducting a gap analysis.
- Establish clear approval processes for reviewing and approving all communication materials before publication, involving relevant stakeholders (e.g., Enquirus Management, Legal, PR).
- Oversee the comprehensive SEO/SEA strategy development, implementation, and performance tracking to optimize platform visibility and user acquisition for both end clients and partners.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing initiatives and analyse results for continuous improvement and strategic adjustments.
- Lead the onboarding process for external partners (Pre-owned retailers, Watch Repairs Centres, and Auction houses), ensuring successful integration, including managing API usage and agreement terms.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for these partners, managing inquiries (including communication/logo use) and fostering initial relationships.
- Develop and refine strategies for engaging with new retail partners, contributing to the development and execution of strategies for new and ongoing partnerships.
- Create a plan for information dissemination to smaller Pre-owned retailers.
- Collaborate with the Enquirus Product Owner to manage new requirements stemming from partner feedback.
- Manage the planning and execution of Enquirus’ participation in key industry events (e.g., Watches & Wonders).
- Provide backup support for the Operation Project Manager regarding CRC Management during absences.
- Work with the team to build Enquirus into the industry standard.
- Min 7 years of experience in Communication/Marketing/Project Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills
- MS Office and a high level of Excel knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and other languages are a plus.
