We're currently partnering with Monster Energy on the search for a Regional Marketing Manager to lead the Monster Energy and Burn brands across Romania.


This is a brilliant opportunity for a commercially minded, culturally connected marketer to join one of the world’s most recognisable lifestyle brands and drive impactful marketing activity across the Romanian market.


This role sits at the intersection of brand, culture, events, partnerships, and consumer engagement — ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments and understands how to connect with audiences authentically.


💥 Key focus areas include:

  • Brand strategy & execution
  • Experiential & event marketing
  • Music, gaming & sports partnerships
  • Influencer & social campaigns
  • Sampling & grassroots activations
  • Cross-functional collaboration with distributors & global teams


👀 Looking for:

  • At least 6 years’ brand and marketing experience
  • Strong background within FMCG, lifestyle, beverage, sports, entertainment, gaming or culture-led brands
  • Experience delivering events, activations & partnerships
  • Strong understanding of Romanian consumer culture
  • Fluent Romanian & English
  • Someone proactive, creative, organised and commercially aware
