- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting or strategy and operations in tech.
- Experience in working with executive stakeholders.
- MBA or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience utilizing AI productivity tools to solve complex, multi-layered problems and streamline business or development workflows.
- Strong track record of delivering complex, ambiguous projects and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Comfort with ambiguity and evolving business needs, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to distill complex analysis to simple communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, flexing across both senior stakeholders and on-the-ground execution.
In this role, you will help shape two of the world’s largest and most beloved products, which touch over a billion people every month – Google Search and Google Maps. You will sit in the Consumer apps Marketing (CAM) central Strategy and Operations (S&O) team, and be embedded as a part of the fast-paced, dynamic Search and Maps Marketing (SAMM) team.
You’ll partner with the SAMM Strategy and Operations Lead to work closely with the Executive Director that leads the Marketing team, crafting global strategy, driving annual planning, and streamlining workflows. You’ll own Maps strategy, and develop and implement strategic business operations to effectively support the team’s business priorities. You’ll also support high-stakes strategic projects, such as quarterly business reviews, across both Search and Maps. You’ll act as the connective tissue across the team and with cross-functional partners like Finance and Product to identify opportunities for collaboration and create efficiencies in how we work.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $141000 - $205000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

- Act as a key operating partner on the Search and Maps Marketing team, driving strategic analysis and business operations.
- Support annual marketing planning, including delivering analysis to inform strategic priorities and helping to build the business case for resources for key stakeholders.
- Manage and execute high priority strategic projects and initiatives that address critical/evolving needs of the Search and Maps Marketing business and leadership team.
- Manage and track key team resources, including strategic measurement and reporting initiatives.
