What You'll Do

• Lead and scale HL Real Estate Group nationally.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain top-producing luxury agents.
• Develop recruiting strategies that attract elite talent.
• Build a high-performance culture focused on collaboration and growth.
• Create systems, processes, and accountability across the brokerage.
• Expand into new luxury markets through strategic recruiting.
• Work closely with marketing to generate qualified luxury buyer and seller leads.
• Develop partnerships with luxury developers, private aviation, wealth advisors, and lifestyle brands.
• Help shape the future of one of the industry's most innovative real estate companies.

Who You Are

• A proven real estate leader with a strong recruiting track record.
• Experienced managing luxury agents or leading a brokerage.
• Passionate about coaching, culture, and business development.
• Highly connected within the luxury real estate community.
• Entrepreneurial, data-driven, and growth obsessed.
• Excited to build—not simply maintain—a brokerage.
