About the Position
We are currently expanding our Capital Formation team (Fundraising), and are looking for a Capital Formation Operations Manager to join us in Vienna.
Within this role you will be an central part of the Capital Formation team. You will work closely with our senior Partners and management team to help originate and build long-lasting relationships with our Limited Partners (LPs).
Your Responsibilities
Fundraising & Project Management
- Pipeline Management: Track the investor pipeline, monitor commitments, and maintain the CRM
- Meeting & Roadshow Logistics: Schedule, plan, and brief Partners for investor meetings and roadshows
- Team Operations: Run weekly Capital Formation meetings, tracking actions and ownership
- Due Diligence: Coordinate investor due diligence requests, gathering information and reporting back
Stakeholder Coordination
- Internal Liaison: Act as the central bridge between outward-facing Partners and the Finance, Investor Relations, and Investment teams
- External Management: Coordinate communication among investors, legal advisors, and investment teams
Content & Collateral Production
- Fundraising Materials: Create and update pitch decks, Limited Partner content, and roadshow materials with the executive team (CEO/CIO)
- Quality & Reporting: Ensure quality control on sector-specific materials, and support Investor Relations team with quarterly reports and analyst decks
- Brand Alignment: Work with the Communications team to ensure a consistent brand message across all collateral
Your Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, and have a strong understanding of capital formation and client services
- Ideally 2-4+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and international environment, such as venture capital, strategy consulting, private equity, investment banking, private banking, or wealth management
- Fluent in English and German is a must. Additional languages are a plus
- Excellent written communication and content development skills, combined with strong analytical and numerical capabilities
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, including Google Slides/PowerPoint and Google Sheets/Excel, as well as experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
- Proven experience producing high-quality client-facing materials in a consulting firm or similar professional services environment is a strong advantage
- Experience in client acquisition, relationship management, or investor servicing within asset management or financial markets is a plus, but not required
- Understanding of institutional capital raising and the investor landscape, including banks, insurance companies, asset managers, wealth managers, pension funds, endowments, and family offices, is beneficial, but not required

According to Austrian law we are required to state a minimum salary for this position. The expected minimum annual gross salary for this role, on a full-time basis is EUR 60,000.00. The salary will be a competitive package based on previous work experience, hence overpayment is possible.
