ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring a Growth Manager to design, run, and continuously improve the growth engine of our agency.
This is not a traditional marketing manager role.
You will:
· Build and optimize marketing, lead generation, and recruiting funnels.
· Own campaign planning, project management, marketing analytics, and performance reporting.
· Lead our Marketing Specialist / AI Content Specialist and manage internal or outsourced SEO, paid advertising, web/CRO, and project specialists.
· Drive accountability, prioritization, vendor performance, and measurable growth across consumer, advisor recruiting, partner, event, and group travel marketing initiatives.
If you are someone who can combine strategy, analytics, project management, vendor accountability, creative direction, and measurable growth leadership — this role was designed for you.
What You’ll Do
Build & Optimize Growth Systems
· Design and improve marketing funnels, lead generation systems, advisor recruiting campaigns, lifecycle marketing, and CRM-driven nurture strategies.
· Identify growth opportunities and implement scalable solutions that improve lead quality, conversion, retention, and marketing ROI.
Lead Marketing Planning & Execution
· Own the marketing calendar, campaign roadmap, promotional planning, workback timelines, and project management process.
· Ensure campaigns are completed accurately, on time, and aligned with company priorities.
Manage Vendors & Specialists
· Manage SEO, paid media, web/CRO, development, media, and specialized project vendors.
· Hold external partners accountable for clear deliverables, useful reporting, and measurable performance.
Lead Creative Direction Without Being the Primary Producer
· Direct messaging, campaign priorities, content strategy, and brand standards.
· Lead and support the Marketing Specialist / AI Content Specialist, who performs much of the creative and production work.
Deliver Data & Insights
· Build and maintain reporting around lead generation, campaign performance, email results, paid media, organic performance, conversion, recruiting funnel performance, and marketing ROI.
· Provide leadership with actionable insights, not just reports.
Who You Are
· A strategic growth thinker who can also manage details and deadlines.
· Highly analytical, organized, and performance-oriented.
· Comfortable managing vendors, creative contributors, executives, and cross-functional priorities.
· Strong at translating business goals into marketing systems and measurable campaigns.
· Proactive, independent, solutions-focused, and accountable for results.
