Senior Manager / Manager, Marketing & Leasing

Responsibilities

1. Develop marketing strategies, planning and executing marketing plans to achieve targeted sales results.
2. Appointment of lawyers to prepare the Sales Documents to be ready before the launch dates
3. Develop a marketing kit which includes, product information, development details, specification, unit floor plan & level floor plans, etc necessary for project brief to the agencies
4. Appointment of Real Estate Agencies, Interior Design show flat & sales office unit, and other marketing related agencies. E.g. Brochure design house agencies, Advertisement agencies, etc
5. Work with appointed real estate agencies on pricing and strategize the timing of the launch to achieve maximum sales.
6. Give input to development project team on the design of show flats and sales office in terms of marketing of the product. And work with the Interior Design consultant to ensure completion date is met.
7. Give input in terms of design layout and good size mix to Development Team in terms of the design of the development.
8. Prepare Budget for approval.
9. Develop Sales & Marketing program to achieve the date to launch.
10. Work with appointed Real Estate Agencies on pricing for the Head to approve.
11. Work closely with the Real Estate Head in charge of each project to understand the market & price level with the surrounding competitors.
12. Provide marketing & leasing support to the marketing team in Vietnam. To participate in the planning of the marketing strategies in Vietnam and to ensure that it is aligned with the corporate office’s direction in Singapore.
13. Reporting to the Director of Sales in terms of Sales Figures, Market Outlook to ensure Sales Target are met.
14. Lead the junior on how to:
15. Marketing and selling residential and/or industrial and commercial space to prospective buyers.
16. Prepare the sale documentations and approval status.
17. Assist customers’ enquiries, feedback.
18. Provide up to date property and market advice and guidance to customers.
19. Manage the agents on duty in the show flat/sales gallery/events, etc including maintenance of show flat
20. Push & motivate the agents to achieve the Sales Target in the shortest timeframe.

Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business Management or other related discipline.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in real estate marketing & leasing. Strong preference for relevant experience in industrial and residential assets.
• Good analytical and decision-making skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to motivate and work with different personality types
• Willing to travel.
