We are looking to recruit a Development Manager to help us continue our rapid growth, to develop our new
projects with the support of our teams.
As Development Manager, you will be responsible for the management and development of current and new projects.
Your Role & Responsibilities
- You will determine the project strategies (including the programming thereof) in the short, medium and long term, taking
- You will handle the coordination of participants (architect, engineering consultant, etc.) within the context of preparing
- You will maintain contact between all stakeholders in your projects: policy-makers and local authorities (informal

- You will coordinate with the team’s Project Manager in the drafting of specifications and working drawings and play an
- You will handle the monitoring of the marketing of your projects, and you will play an active role in the negotiations for the

- Depending on the needs, you will actively participate in searching and sourcing of projects to be (re)developed,
internal and external teams, preparing and presenting these projects for the Investment Committee and tracking these
projects through to purchase.
- You will be the owner of your projects, responsible for profitability, planning and quality.
- You will report to the team’s Development Director.
- You hold a Master’s degree from a university (or equivalent) and have minimum 5 years’ experience in mixed-use real
