Facility Manager / Real Estate Transformation Consultant Job ID: JP054806

We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager / Real Estate Transformation Consultant to lead the restructuring of a Real Estate & Facilities function within a dynamic organization. You will define the future operating model, optimize processes, develop a real estate strategy, and support organizational change across multiple office locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct an organizational assessment of existing real estate and facility operations.
• Analyze workplace usage, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Design the target operating model, including roles, responsibilities, and governance.
• Map and optimize key business processes and facility workflows.
• Develop a real estate strategy focused on space optimization, acquisitions, disposals, and asset utilization.
• Lead change management initiatives and support teams through organizational transformation.
• Produce strategic deliverables, including organizational diagnostics, process maps, roadmaps, and action plans.
• Manage and coach a team of 4 staff members while collaborating with business stakeholders.

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in Facility Management, Real Estate Management, Organizational Consulting, or Business Transformation.
• Strong experience in Facility Management and Real Estate Strategy.
• Proven experience in Change Management and organizational transformation.
• Experience with process mapping, reporting, and project management.
• Team management experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• French or Dutch – Native/Bilingual
• English – Nice to have
