Project Manager - Design & Construction, Real Estate Services

Job Duties

• Under broad direction, plans and manages assigned Real Estate Services projects including design, construction, renovation, or replacement of company office, laboratory, manufacturing, warehouse, service center, and site infrastructure facilities.
• Supervises through subordinates up to 20 subcontract employees.
• Coordinates diverse activities within a functional area.
• Plans work and administers policies.
• Job role has budgetary type of accountabilities or directly impacts a revenue center's viability or its quality of service via personal contributions.
• Job role contributes directly to value creation.
• Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in architecture, engineering, or business administration and 12 years of experience in project management which includes experience in facility construction or remodeling and management experience.

Profile description:

• University Degree in Engineering with Project Management or Construction Management is preferred
• Registered with PMI or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 12 to 15 years of experience working for a project management consultancy company or construction company preferred 
• Must have experience in Oil & Gas Construction with a practical project management experience (preferably PMP certification) 
• Self-motivated, results driven and able to work independently to deliver projects.
• Willing and able to work under high pressure environment with short turn around times managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Competent in MS Projects and SAP with knowledge of Autocad beneficial
• Submit project profiles for the last three projects completed
