Marketing Executive

Agthia Food is one of Kuwait's leading food and beverage groups, bringing together a portfolio of internationally renowned dining concepts and homegrown brands. We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our growing Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Coordinate with restaurant operations to implement brand promotions and seasonal campaigns.
• Manage social media content calendars and collaborate with creative agencies and photographers.
• Coordinate marketing collateral, POS materials, and in-store branding.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support new restaurant openings, promotional events, and brand activations.
• Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and media partners.
• Ensure brand guidelines are consistently implemented across all marketing initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably within the F&B, hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Experience coordinating marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project coordination skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
