We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
- Support the Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency Program
- Develop marketing strategies to increase Program Ally participation and engagement
- Provide marketing strategy and support in the Midstream channel
- Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns to business and residential customers and Program Ally contractors
- Serve as the marketing lead in collaboration with Program Managers and subcontractors
- Lead and execute marketing projects from start to finish
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or business, or equivalent work experience
- Two (2) or more years of work experience in marketing, sales, business or related field
- Demonstrated capability and success in the development and execution of marketing strategies
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload
