About us

Wagner Bespoke Travel is a luxury travel advisory firm, built on deep hotelier relationships and a loyal community of clients (@wagnerbespoke) We've just launched book.wagnertravel.com, a client-facing hotel booking portal where travelers get the same rates as booking direct, plus VIP perks and on-property advocacy. This role owns its growth.

The role

You'll be the engine behind the portal: driving qualified traffic, converting it into bookings, and building the partnership and affiliate programs that scale it. This is a hands-on, build-it-yourself role, not a management seat. You'll work directly with the founder and own marketing for the portal side of the business. You will not be involved in full-scale trip planning; your world is the portal.

What you'll own

• Paid social (Meta/Instagram) strategy, build, and optimization, from a standing start
• Organic social presence and content calendar for the portal, in our established brand voice
• SEO and content marketing for the portal site
• Email marketing to our subscriber list and past-booker segment
• Analytics and reporting: tracking traffic, conversion, and cost per booking
• Building social and creator partnerships from scratch
• Designing and launching an affiliate program exclusively around the booking portal

You're a fit if you have

• 4 to 6 years in digital/growth marketing, ideally with a paid-social and conversion focus
• A track record running paid budgets and reporting on ROI, not just posting content
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, an email platform, and web analytics
• An eye for luxury/lifestyle aesthetics and a feel for our brand voice
• Experience structuring partnerships or affiliate/influencer programs (a strong plus)
• Comfort working independently in a small, fast-moving team
