Marketing Manager

𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗳𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗜 𝗶𝘀 𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗟𝗼𝘀 𝗔𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘀.

We're building the Context Engine for Capital Markets — a purpose-built AI system that continuously reads markets, detects changes, and initiates analysis in real time. Hedge funds, mutual funds, equity research teams, and pension funds use Clifton to analyze portfolios, trades, and securities with the rigor and nuance today's markets require.

We're looking for someone to own our go-to-market strategy from the ground up.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼:

▸ Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, events, and partnerships to generate qualified leads

▸ Own content strategy and production (whitepapers, case studies, webinars, thought leadership) tailored for hedge funds, asset managers, and institutional investors

▸ Manage demand generation programs, including email campaigns and ABM initiatives

▸ Build Clifton's brand presence through PR, media relations, and conference participation in capital markets and fintech communities

▸ Enable sales with collateral, pitch decks, and competitive intelligence

▸ Measure and analyze performance metrics to refine campaigns and optimize ROI

▸ Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to align messaging and ensure consistent market positioning

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:

▸ 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within financial technology, data platforms, or SaaS

▸ Proven track record of demand generation, content marketing, and brand-building

▸ Strong understanding of capital markets workflows and how institutional investors adopt new technology

▸ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives

▸ Analytical and data-driven mindset with experience using marketing automation and CRM tools

▸ Proactive, self-motivated, and energized by the pace of a fast-growing startup
