What Your Day Will Look Like
In this role, you will typically focus on:
- Lead channel-specific activation strategies across the Nordics portfolio, ensuring programmes connect brand priorities with commercial outcomes
- Manage the development and deployment of activation toolkits, point-of-sale materials, and execution standards to drive consistency across markets
- Drive activation excellence — ensuring plans are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable business outcomes
- Monitor activation performance, evaluate ROI, and continuously optimise investment allocation to maximise effectiveness
- Contribute to annual commercial planning and support the achievement of market share, revenue, and profitability objectives
- Significant experience in Brand Activation, Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, or Commercial Marketing - ideally within tobacco, nicotine, FMCG, beverages, or other regulated consumer goods industries
- Proven track record of developing and executing activation programmes that deliver measurable commercial results
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, shopper dynamics, and route-to-market strategies
- Commercially driven mindset with the ability to connect activation investments to business performance and ROI; experience managing activation budgets and optimising resource allocation across multiple markets and stakeholders
- Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language, with strong communication and presentation skills
For this role, the Annual Base Salary is up to 73,000 DKK monthly corresponding to the level of the position, expected experience and responsibilities.
