On behalf our client, who is an actively growing, diversified, real estate development, investment and property management firm. We are hiring a Community Manager to manage a garden style community in Kannapolis, NC.
Essential Skills/Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of property
- Analyzes, prepares and implements market strategies
- Monitor the financial performance of the property
- Proactively and effectively manage operations to ensure lease-up goals are met
- Effectively works with construction and development teams and outside vendors during property construction projects
- Supervises leasing team members, trains subordinates, evaluate employees
- Maintain and develop tenant relationships
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in residential property management of 200+ units
- Property Managers License or Real Estate Brokers License preferred
- Strong leadership, training, supervision, and decision-making capabilities
- Experienced with Yardi is a must
